FIS is a great company for professional development. If you are assigned to the right product and market, there is high earning potential. They do not have a strong SDR culture however and pipeline generation is largely left up to sales executives and account managers; so inbound dealflow can be weak for less established products/markets. They have a huge portfolio of products, which can also negatively impact the R&D that goes into individual product lines. The working culture is good overall and there are good opportunities for career progression within the sales org.

Wonderful team to be a part of. Sometimes confusing who to connect with among different teams across the organization as teams, roles, and leadership were constantly changing. Overall, great place to work.
