FedEx was a great company to work! Since Covid the company has changed its direction operationally. We were the leader in service and sales for 15 years. Our customer service, on time service and package integrity are at a 20 year low. FedEx has lost its best Ground delivery independant contractor's drivers to higher paying delivery services (UPS & Amazon) FedEx has outsourced its customer service to oversees Asian agencies. We are losing middle market customers daily.

FedEx has always been known as a one of the lowest paying gigs in logistics, which they used to get a away with due to a strong culture. Sadly the culture has shifted which is causing negative attrition. They are willing to pay more for new candidates - significantly more than existing employees who have been there for 10+ years. Bonus points for you if you're male....Read More
