Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I have been in sales with FedEx for nearly 10 years and I would say that it used to be an excellent company to work for. However, over the past few years leadership has changed and it has not been for the better. There is a huge lack of morale within the sales force and corporate continues to change commission structure that makes your OTE more and more unrealistic to hit and edits the structure so you make less and less commission than years prior.
