Very good experience first year as Corporate Account Manager for FedEx Custom Critical. Compensation plan was fair and top performers had good OTE. Very good work culture and service that performed well and had real value in market. Sales compensation has changed since spin off with FedEx Freight that caters more to account maintenance.

FedEx has always been known as a one of the lowest paying gigs in logistics, which they used to get a away with due to a strong culture. Sadly the culture has shifted which is causing negative attrition. They are willing to pay more for new candidates - significantly more than existing employees who have been there for 10+ years.
