I work in the Custom Critical division. The culture is much better compared to other companies in the logistics industry. Plenty of opportunities to move across divisions. Ops/Support teams are excellent.

Good company. Not necessarily a sales organization. Tons of hoops to jump through to close a deal. Customer service/admin tasks take more of your time. Hard to find prospects who ship enough volume out and give you time to discuss your services. Commission 4 times a year.
