My overall experience was disappointing. There were less long, tenor, mature experienced team members. There were many young people who did not seem to have the depth and understanding of the complicated tools and processes.

Overall experience was the tenured, strategic, leadership was forced out to make room for tactical leadership who were rife with challenges, in some cases party to multimillion dollar lawsuits for discrimination in the workplace.

Internal discount agreement negotiations could be improved and streamlined. There are several layers of complexities when it comes to discounts and it can make it difficult to perform well
