Current Employee Base is relatively low for internal promotions, commissions and bonuses are ADHOC and can shift radically depending on economic conditions month to month. Generally customers tend to switch and come back, back and forth as this is industry standard. Many un-controlables so it creates a tense environment where management cannot be direct with certain goals or quotas. Many of the staff are not aware of org's profitability (or lack thereof) since there is a lack of transparency
