Current Employee Five9 is a leading CCaaS company with a strong track record of success. What sets it apart from the competition from my perspective is how client-centric the organization is….great culture, strong leadership, and a product that performs exceptionally well in outbound contact centers. The implementation and support teams are solid, and Five9 pays well to sellers. Lead flow is pretty decent, and you’re not restricted by territory, meaning if a partner brings you into a deal, you can typically run with it always! Lastly, the mid-market team at Five9 is one of the most talented in the entire industry. The company is also actively improving its product, which is encouraging to see.
