Fivetran has been on a rollercoaster of a journey. From the time I've joined the company until now, a lot has changed. Different manager and different comp plan. The overall morale of the teams are pretty low, which doesn't make this the most fun place to be at.

The product market fit for the product is strong but the space appears to be getting commoditized at the lower end of the segment. Fivetran is strategically moving up market but seems to be leaving it's traditional "bread and butter" sale within the SMB and Commercial space behind. Love Fivetran, think pay is lagging comparative to what I've seen in market. I've been a part of the company for nearly 5 years, came in pre Series-B, the product is unreal. Leadership has historically been great, last ~1.5 years have been tough but new CRO is very sharp and knows how to build a winning team.
