After having some rocky quarters as a business, new executive teams have cleaned up first line management in EMEA and from what I’ve heard it’s a really good place to work again.

Unfortunately offset by a dysfunctional GTM leadership team driven by oversized egos with very little experience. Only way out of this is to clear the decks and start over with humble servants focused on customer outcomes and building team morale.
