Amazing team, best manager ever on the EMEA BDR team. Overall great company culture, great perks, great product-market fit and great place to work. However, the DACH region so far has the most toxic culture of bullying I‘ve ever encountered in a workplace, the level of unprofessionalism is astonishing, even from the leader.

The product market fit for the product is strong but the space appears to be getting commoditized at the lower end of the segment. Overall, a good experience so far. BDR Motion has its challenges, mainly the criteria for stage 1 is a bit of Wild West with the AEs, as it is for most companies that I have worked at to be honest. Outside of that, fantastic team members, a lot of people share ideas. Lots of good tools at your disposal.
