No inbound leads. Confusing, technical product. Hired to be combo hunter/farmer. Then was forced to hunter only. The pricing model is always changing and super confusing. The CEO is a real drama queen and does not really promote a sales culture. Commission is on actual consumption vs contract value, takes forever to get paid.

The product market fit for the product is strong but the space appears to be getting commoditized at the lower end of the segment.
