Current Employee The company performance overall is a red-hot dumpster fire. Our stock has been steadily declining for half a decade, territories are being doled out in industries we don't sell to, entire teams are missing their goal, and layoffs are the norm. Pay is extremely low, and I guess you get what you pay for.
Add in that in rough economic times, Forrester advice is seen as a nice-to have, and sales are hard to come by. We often go head-to-head with Gartner, and lose 90% of the time.
Our CEO founded the business 40 years ago, and should have sold it and retired. Instead, we're going through a funky product transition that neither seems to be happening nor working. Product doesn't listen to sales. Analysts don't want to join sales calls.
TL;DR: It's a complete mess. Steer clear.
