Current Employee The BDR organization appears to be in decline, primarily due to ineffective leadership. Management lacks the necessary skills to properly support their teams, which has created a challenging work environment. As a result, employees often rely on one another rather than leadership for guidance and support. There is a strong emphasis on metrics tied to factors beyond employees’ control, which leads to frustration and disengagement. Despite the team’s dedication and hard work, there is a noticeable lack of support, respect, and recognition. Many have left the company for this reason. If these systemic issues are not addressed, the long-term sustainability of the organization is will be in question. Great products overall.
