The company has poor leadership in the SDR SECTOR. no guidance, the employees have to depend on each other to train and find success in the company. Although there are great opportunities for success because Fortinet has a great product you are often railroaded with sitting in your seat for multiple years despite hitting quote and networking leadership wants to hold on to you. Unfortunately, it’s best to get your experience and move on.

New comp plan is a disgrace. Disincentivizes selling strategic products and cuts the money you bring home in a year by ca 1/3.

Fortinet is a good company with an industry-leading firewall product. It's much harder to sell the other 50+ products in the portfolio. You will have zero inbound leads from SDRs as they are non-existent and will rely more on prospecting and partners to find new deals.
