horrid, i would rather work for anyone else, the highest attaining rep hit 54% for the year. 65% of the team finished below 10% and we were told 'the system is perfect, you guys just aren't executing.'

The first year was great. After that manny changes happend that had a negative impact on regional field teams. Reaching target is more based on luck then skill. Some regions they have overhired in AEs
