Former Employee The culture has changed drastically since the new CEO - Dennis had joined in. The incentive plan has changed, earlier every SAL and Deal was counted, now it's more like only once you achieve 50% then you incentives start adding up.
Talking about diversity and racisim, they only want offices in South of India but employees work from all over India. 3 office in South doest make sense ! There should 1 in every territory, but the CEO - G wont. Employee did feel that being biased, but none said a word cuz they just want a good brand on their resume and leave after its intolerable.
