Way too many people in the company, very slow processes, enablement was junior varsity and very little differentiation in the space, very much for SMB.

They have great products that show well but there is still a lack of processes and not great support from upper management. It's a dog eat dog, everyone fend for themselves environment. Be prepared to have your deals poached from other regions and teammates.
