They have no structure whatsoever and rely heavily on inbound leads 90% of which are of poor quality and are not fairly distributed amongst the team. Also, people are very sly here, there was a lot of stealing leads, toxic culture, incompetent managers etc.

All the leads go to one Account Manager who everyone thinks is God’s given gift but anyone can close a hot lead, and he gets all of them. Pathetic place to work
