Not a good experience. Product great. Sales Management awful. Worst favoritism ever. Cant figure out how to help AEs. When you ask questions they just make you feel stupid in front of your team. Stay away until current middle management changes. HR needs to wake up and actually take a look at the way growth sales is being run. its very telling that they havent dont anything about it, to me that shows a lack of care and commitment to the employees of the business . Found out recently how bad of a rep the sales middle management has. Call around, talk to former AEs BEFORE you take a job here.

My overall experience with FullStory has been challenging the past year. Hardly any reps are hitting quota and leadership has not properly made adjustments for that.
