Any positive reviews you see are likely written by HR or sales leadership trying to manage perception. The reality is a lack of true culture, with favouritism shaping career paths and minimal investment in employee growth. Horrible. Favoritism is all there is at fullstory sales. If you arent friends with leadership coming in, you’ll be gone in 6 months either due to layoffs or ‘underperformance’ . This company has had 5 layoffs in the past few years.
