Good for a while coming out of the covid boom. Had some big hits to trust and culture with significant over hiring and multiple rounds of layoffs that happened after.

Awful. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. The growth (small company) sales leadership has ruined this role in the company. Favoritism, no coaching, when you get feedback it is laced with sarcasm and unhelpful. Nobody hits OTE and inbound lead flow is nonexistent for mid market. Have to truly drink the company cool aid to stay here long term as an IC.
