Former Employee Awful. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. The growth (small company) sales leadership has ruined this role in the company. Favoritism, no coaching, when you get feedback it is laced with sarcasm and unhelpful. If you are not friends with the middle management before you accept the job, expect to have a very short and painful tenure at this company. The only good thing is the product. It is expensive because they kept raising the prices, but it is the coolest product and people love it and always like demos. The people in other departments are really nice and the SEs were so smart and good for showing the platform.
