Current Employee My overall experience has been largely positive, in a highly intellectual, high demand and performance related environment.
The leadership set high targets that many reps accept and a high proportion can hit annual goal, with approx 15% hitting Winners Circle goals.
This can vary depending on product, region, market conditions and the leadership involved, but generally the whole team are productive and proactive to reach their achievements.
The culture is mainly 20-30 year olds with a range of social and inclusive activities to take part in. It is a very collaborative environment with plenty of opportunities to drive personal development.
