Only LE get be fully remote. They require in office 2-3X per week. Business Development is tough and a grind and they are super micro managing we have to take screenshots of literally everything we do and if you don’t fit the culture or go into the office they’ll PIP you which means fire you. Pro- Brand awareness & trust, networking Con- Nice to have product, micro managing leadership and RTO mandates, they keep on putting more internal stuff on our plate and expect us to have extremely high metrics and still complete everything else on time. It’s a little unrealistic tbh.

The amount of attrition is concerning. I was excited when I onboarded because there was multiple people in "my class". Within 6 months less than 30% of my class remained. It is shocking how bad the attrition is.

Really positive, respected company that really values it's salespeople A lot of the senior leaders are from internal hires so I feel they become "Gartnerised" in a set way of selling also since moving into enterprise, i've felt some difficulties in our negotiation and willingness to flex and win customers.
