This is a great entry level account management position with competitive pay. The company is full of young people & it's a fun place to work at. Unfortunately, at the time of my departure, there were some leadership changes that I believe did more harm than good. Some of our well performing VP's, Sales Managers & Reps were being fired or basically told to start looking elsewhere. Many talented associates left due to the poor upper leadership. For example, something they implemented was making each Sales Manager place at least one person on their team onto a PIP at all times. I hope for all my former's colleague's sake that things improve.

No micromanagement, overall everyone is great to work with, difficult to find a 'business need' and 'urgency' sometimes given we are selling 'best practices' at the end of the day. Easier to tie to upcoming contract renewals for other vendors. Heard they moved to hybrid/ in-office a few times a week around the time I left which is a big downside for people that...Read More
