Current Employee MSE is not the place to be anymore. Been in role for 3 years now and it’s only continuing to worsen. Brand new GVP in January has made the entire channel a bad place to work. They took prospects away from us (gave to BD) so all your growth is expected to come from the 4-5 accounts you manage. Very KPI focused. A long stretch from the agility needed to close complex sales cycles. They will PIP quickly now so you need to be consistently closing which can be challenging with some sales cycles taking 9-13 months. Even more challenging when you don’t have prospects anymore. The new leadership is awful and does not motivate ICs at all, just sits in her office. HT MSE ended 1H ‘25 $8.1m negative. They just laid off a well know RVP of 12 years and part of his region.
