Gartner does well to take care of hard workers. Some roles have better inbound lead flow than mine, but it is mostly non-existent for my team. My role is heavier on existing client sales, but again that varies greatly across teams. Overall, I trust Gartner to do what is best for me, and my manager is very transparent with how they plan on helping me continue to grow.
