Current Employee Gartner offers a decent compensation package but product and delivery model is challenging in current market. Almost 90% of OTE is based on retention, 10% is growth and there is other additional bonuses for multi year contracts. There's no cap on how much you can earn and acceleratorn are increasing the more you sell over quota. 100% vs Quota doubles your annual OTE. Achieving sales awards gauarntees a certain OTE increase and promotion. Culture is not the best, you are either a "yes man" doing everything they ask and perform or get micro managed and eventually made redundant. There's pretty much Zero valuable leads coming in and you work on a handfull of accounts in LE. Overall it's OK, I donfeel Gartner is somewhat under market average in OTE for this role but 60/40 split and mostly count towards retention is a very solid incentive. If you have no renewals coming up for the year, you are pretty much guaranteed full OTE. Browse Other Reviews
