The business unit is currently having big time retention issues. Unfortunately, with the way your book is set up, if one account fails to renew regardless of why, your years over. You won't hit quota, get promoted, or make much money that year. Additionally, there's limited opportunity to grow in the mid-market business unit, despite what leadership tells you.

No trust from management which leads to it being micromanaged heavily. Lots of churn, most people do not stay more than 2 years

Phenomenal company and phenomenal culture with great leadership and reasonable sales goals
