This role was great, taught a lot about different areas of business. Processes however, changed at minimum once a week. Feedback as well is not really taken into consideration.

Gartner is great overall but be certain what is being asked of you in your role. Most roles will include a 'book' of accounts and a few prospect accounts. If you inherit a risky book, it can be difficult to make your plan. New account wins are rare.

Great organization to work for, mostly remote setting, and great compensation and PTO allowances. Management is however very out of touch and micro manage reps. Can become very toxic work environment at times.
