The organization is a great sales organization! Like other large global organizations your success has a lot to do with your territory and management. The Research/Advisory roles in IT are best in breed, outside of IT, are more competitive markets and more difficult to hit your number. Quotas are reasonable and base salary is very diverse based on location and experience.

My experience was good as far as management and training. Team oriented culture and feedback given often to help you improve. New service that didn’t generate the revenue expected which lead to layoff
