Great place to start your career and grow your business knowledge with a respected brand. Turnover within the MSE (mid-market) channel is very high due to a variety of factors such as poor leadership, RTO, extreme micromanagement, and client retention challenges among other reasons. Your manager makes or breaks your experience, as I have learned over the last few years. Pray that you get a solid book of business and a good manager, or else you will find it to be a very difficult experience.

Smart colleagues, good team dynamic. Interesting product and market but very difficult to engage clients and prospects. Saturated market with significantly cheaper competitors. Impact of AI remains to be seen.

MSE used to be gold but everyone who was actually good were pushed out. They need better diversity and leaders who actually know how to lead in uncertain times.
