Excellent company to work for, but if you start and work your way up expect not to see commensurate bumps to salary. If my base had been more in line with competitors, I’d definitely be staying longer. Those who come in from the outside tend to see a premium. Lots of boomerangs who leave and come back to get a higher salary - not ideal, but it’s the situation many people find themselves in.

Things are good. I think the business is struggling. Im an Account Manager in the mid-size enterprise end user segment. I think Gartners strongest value is in its IT portfolio, but AI is increasingly putting pressure on the organization.
