Current Employee Things are good. I think the business is struggling. Im an Account Manager in the mid-size enterprise end user segment.
I think Gartners strongest value is in its IT portfolio, but AI is increasingly putting pressure on the organization.
I love my co-workers, my leadership, etc. Its an amazing place to work given your book is decent. Your leader and your book make or break your experience here.
Although I don't think the future of Gartner is very bright, theres no other place id start my career. The sales training is unbelievable. I can go anywhere and sell because the product at Gartner is so tough to sell, you learn to build strong business cases, master the second sale, master deep discovery tied to business outcomes, etc.
