Overall it is a good role if you are getting paid. Territory and timing is very dependent on your success. You have a lot of flexibility and independence which is nice. The company is on an upward trajectory as well.

Always hiring in sales, when they add team members, reduce territories and spread among new head count. As the team grows it is difficult to hit quota. Gartner is hit or miss for sellers. The product is difficult to demonstrate ROI as it’s not tangible like software or hands-on like consulting. The leadership is also hit or miss and very dependent on your manager. The exposure to huge companies and clients is great and the value selling training is well done.
