Gartner is hit or miss for sellers. The product is difficult to demonstrate ROI as it’s not tangible like software or hands-on like consulting. The leadership is also hit or miss and very dependent on your manager. The exposure to huge companies and clients is great and the value selling training is well done. Future outlook is challenging as the business model feels behind in a tech and AI forward world.
