Former Employee My overall experience was dependent on the business unit. I was in during my time there. Your book of business plays significant role in the how successfully you'll be. Personally this was the only organization of my sales career of 10+ years that I did not hit quota or come close. This is due to the renewal quality within my book. I had two accounts that were forecasted to cancel at the end of the year. I spent the entire year, trying to save them, with limited time to find the growth revenue I needed to make up the deficit. In the interview process, I recommend reaching out to individual contributors that will be in your PRACTICE/TEAM to get a better sense of the opportunity. Some teams are better than others!
