Former Employee Was a part of the ALE division. Lots of turnover within selling, support, and management functions. An increasingly micro-management-driven culture, under the guise of "metrics." Other divisions may have better culture. Individual outcomes are largely driven by quality of accounts in rep's name - it is more challenging to create one's one success here compared to other sales orgs.
