Former Employee My experience was good until I got made redundant because they split the territories too thin. Great training, good comp and benefits, paid on renewal and growth as an AE. Slow to promote. If you get a shit territory you’ll leave before a new opportunity comes up to move, or you’ll be overlooked due to poor performance (even though it’s out of your control). Selling US centric products at US enterprise prices to Australian clients is tough. Bar is high. Easy to cut come cost pressure time.
