Been with the company over 10 years. Very supportive leadership. Good experience overall. New business in end user large enterprise is very driven by former clients who have changed companies and want Gartner again. Fairly tough sell otherwise for folks who have never used the service in the past. Very abstract service that is easily seen as a nice to have if not positioned properly

New leadership this year caused a lot of shifts in culture, pay and incentives. Harder metrics, less opportunities for growth and harsh management.
