This is in principle an extremely well run company - but by robots. There is only one way to do anything and it is their way. However, it is a highly successful company so maybe they are right!

I love my experience at Gartner so far! Excited to graduate from being a BDX(SDR) and move to the next role. At Gartner, there are also three different levels you are as a BDX with a compensation increase at each level. I think there is room for base salary improvement however
