My experience at Glassdoor is one I’ll always be deeply grateful for. It was a truly unique company, and I’m proud to have spent over a decade contributing to its growth and mission. With the recent merger into Indeed, the future is uncertain. As a Senior Account Manager, I had the privilege of supporting multiple Fortune 500 companies with their employer branding and reputation management strategies. I consistently exceeded goals, including closing several deals over $750,000, and was honored to be recognized with four President’s Club awards and a CEO Award in 2023. I'm excited for what’s next and look forward to bringing my passion, experience, and results-driven approach to a new opportunity.

- Inexperienced Sales Director who operated more like a 1st line manager than a 2nd line manager - Cliquey environment where bad behaviour was “accepted and tolerated” when the offenders were high performers. - Toxic & childish environment

Pros: Used to be a great place to work Cons: Account transitions make it hard to build momentum withclients and clients are always frustrated with having a new account team ever 1-2 years. High workload makes burnout a recurring topic that CSMs bring up. Tableau is slow and it takes longer to put together QBR decks as a result.
