Excellent lead gen. Familiar name in the space. Easy to sell. Pay was pretty low comparatively but the company got totally merged with indeed and not sure a Glassdoor branch Even exists anymore. Pay went down even more with the merger. Culture was great though and it was remote which is always a plus.

Glassdoor has the best people in the industry. Nearly anyone you come across is sure to be extremely smart, empathetic, intuitive, kind, genuine and very adaptable. We pivot quickly and learn fast. Our leaders see us, know us, and care about us. The culture is ultra-transparent and I appreciate that. Best company that is people first!

My experience with Glassdoor was positive; the company Mission was inspiring and was on a good trajectory even after the Recruit acquisition. The downside was Comp, the deal sizes were small as the product offering was limited.
