Other founders carried the understanding of how to achieve success however the CEO only set out to sell the company before the onboarding wave vested their equity shares. Now that they are under new direction with the sale to Intuit, I would give it a chance.

Comp structure is also more complicated that it needs to be and has caused churn. Overall I have faith in the product but leadership needs to make major marketing changes and listen to their AEs
