It can be a tough environment at times because of how rapidly Gong and our competitive landscape are evolving, but that's also what makes it exciting. I love selling Gong because it feels like a must have for revenue leaders in today's climate.

Leadership expects the highest level of performance in every category (prospecting quality of messaging + high activity level, discovery, demo, pilot, forecasting, CRM hygiene, etc etc etc), at all times, and there if even one category falls behind for even a week, you'll be slapped on the wrist.
