I am doing my research on the mid-market account strategist role and can not find a solid range of OTE.. I know it is a negotiable role however what would someone typically make annually?

More Questionsi'm coming from tech sales, where its usually at 50/50 split between base +commission, then when you hit over 100% of your quota accelerators is where the money is made. whats the typical comp plan for ad tech sales? Applied for Account Strategist (Mid-market Retail) at Google Dublin. Cleared all interviews with good feedback, but no headcount in MMS team. Now being considered for Engage team instead—same salary. Same number of clients. Not sure how to feel about this. Opinions/Advice? Thanks!
