What companies have Sales Programs / Academies? I am 1 year out of college and currently in finance, but looking to break into a sales program. When do I need to apply for a July/August start?

More Questionsi'm coming from tech sales, where its usually at 50/50 split between base +commission, then when you hit over 100% of your quota accelerators is where the money is made. whats the typical comp plan for ad tech sales? I am doing my research on the mid-market account strategist role and can not find a solid range of OTE..
I know it is a negotiable role however what would someone typically make annually?
