It’s definitely a high output role with a high base in comparison to other sales AE roles. Google treats their employees very well overall and there are amazing benefits. The culture is great in terms on an enterprise level however on a team/org level the culture is cliquey

NBS is the last acquisition team of Google Ads. Therefore, it's near impossible to find new key customers for an org which already owns most of the market.

It was fun because it was working for google. However keep in mind that there was a ton of bureaucracy. So if you don’t like that, stay away.
