Current Employee I'm fairly content with my current compensation, however, the company culture has shifted notably over the past two years. While it remains inclusive, the focus on aggressive sales targets and "yes and" mentality has made open dialogue and challenging the status quo less common. This, combined with recent product missteps and less-than-ideal internal communication, has made my compensation feel less rewarding than before. Additionally, opportunities for upward mobility seem to have decreased, and new regulations have limited some horizontal movement within the company. On a positive note, I value the flexible work arrangements and opportunities to pursue external learning that the company provides.
